Founded in 1941, Marshall Company has been a trusted leader in commercial, industrial, and multi- family construction for over eight decades. Initially established by A.E. Hinman and T.W. Marshall, Company was initially established by A.E. Hinman in 1941. Tom Marshall joined A.E. Hinman Construction in 1951. In 1965, the firm adopted the name Marshall Company, marking a new era of growth and innovation.

When T.W. Marshall retired in 1992, Michael Dodson and Richard Dodson became the company’s stockholders and managers, continuing the legacy of quality, efficiency, and integrity. In 2017, Michael Dodson took over as the sole owner, reinforcing the company’s commitment to on-time, on-budget project delivery while maintaining the highest industry standards for safety and excellence.
